Handal Indah Sdn Bhd, through its flagship public-bus brand Causeway Link, has launched Johor’s first Premium Express Bus Service, offering passengers a higher standard of long-distance travel with enhanced comfort, convenience and value.
The launch event held at KSL City Mall was officiated by Ms. Lim Chern Fang, Chief Marketing Officer of HI Mobility Berhad, together with strategic partners ZERO Healthcare, Julie’s Biscuits, YUTONG, and KSL Management.
This new service marks Causeway Link’s entry into the premium intercity segment, providing travellers with spacious reclining seats, onboard Wi-Fi, personalised service and a more comfortable express-bus experience suitable for families, business travellers and leisure passengers.
Direct Premium Connectivity Across Key Malaysian Destinations
The Causeway Link Premium Express Bus Service currently operates from KSL City Mall (Johor Bahru) to major destinations in Kuala Lumpur, including Berjaya Times Square, NU Sentral and Bukit Bintang. Beginning April 2025, the service will also extend to 1 Utama Shopping Mall in Petaling Jaya.
These routes offer direct access to some of the most popular shopping, business and lifestyle destinations in Peninsular Malaysia including Bukit Bintang, one of Southeast Asia’s most visited retail districts. Passengers from Kuala Lumpur travelling south can also connect seamlessly to KSL City Mall, Johor Bahru’s well-known lifestyle and shopping hub.

Priced at RM69.90 per person, the service features:
- 22-seater and 25-seater premium buses
- Spacious reclining seats
- Onboard Wi-Fi
- Complimentary snacks provided by Julie’s Biscuits
- Optional onboard neck-massage service by ZERO Healthcare, bookable through the Causeway Link website
Causeway Link continues to operate two express categories:
- Causeway Link Classic (44–45-seater buses)
- Causeway Link Premium Express (22–25-seater premium buses)

Commitment to Service Expansion
