Handal Indah Sdn Bhd, through its flagship bus brand Causeway Link, has partnered with R&F Mall Johor Bahru to launch a free community shuttle service connecting R&F Mall with JB Sentral/CIQ Customs Area. The initiative aims to provide commuters, students, foreign workers, tourists and nearby residents with a more convenient, reliable and sustainable travel option within Johor Bahru.
The launch was officiated by Mr. Li Mingliang, Chairman of R&F Group Malaysia. Representing Handal Indah Sdn.Bhd , Ms. Lim Chern Fang, Chief Marketing Officer of Handal Indah, highlighted the impact of this initiative in improving both local and cross-border mobility.
“This free shuttle service is a tremendous convenience for the community, especially those travelling to JB Sentral and CIQ to continue their journey to Singapore,” said Ms. Lim. “By offering this service, we are strengthening the link between one of Johor Bahru’s key retail destinations and the city’s main transport hub. It is a meaningful step toward a more accessible and connected community.”

- R&F Mall → JB Sentral: 4:30 AM – 10:30 PM
- JB Sentral → R&F Mall: 4:50 AM – 11:00 PM

Operated by Causeway Link, the shuttle offers a safe, air-conditioned and comfortable ride for daily commuters and visitors around the city.
Supporting Community Mobility & Reducing Congestion
The free shuttle is expected to ease congestion around the CIQ and R&F Mall areas by offering an affordable alternative to private transport. It also encourages greater use of public transportation, supporting a more sustainable and community-friendly mobility ecosystem.
This initiative reflects the shared commitment of Handal Indah and R&F Mall to improving connectivity, enhancing daily travel convenience, and supporting the growing mobility needs of the Johor Bahru community.
