BAS.MY Johor Bahru, operated by Handal Indah Sdn Bhd, joined the vibrant Rimba Fest 2025 at Desa Tebrau to promote accessible public transport and strengthen community engagement. The festival, known for celebrating sustainability, nature and local creativity, attracted families, students and residents from across Johor Bahru.
As part of its ground activation, BAS.MY Johor Bahru set up an interactive community booth where visitors could learn about its routes, affordable travel options and concession card programmes. The team also provided on-the-spot assistance for Kad Konsesi registrations, offering eligible groups — including students, senior citizens and OKU passengers — access to free or discounted bus travel.
To create a fun and meaningful community experience, the booth featured colouring activities, mini-games and educational engagement for children and families. Brand ambassadors also introduced festival-goers to the newly refreshed BAS.MY buses — designed to deliver a smoother, safe and accessible ride for Johor Bahru commuters.
